This 3 hour interactive learning session is designed for any level of employee who wants to enhance their relationships with others.

Participants will leave this highly interactive session with the skills, tools and knowledge that should allow for effective communication and understanding amongst colleagues, clients and stakeholders that will aid in creating relationships based on respect, cohesiveness and belonging.

  • Define diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
  • Explore past, present, and future cultural beliefs and behaviors, and real-life scenarios to help participants become more effective and empathetic co-workers, thought leaders and community members
  • Promote critical thinking, resourcefulness, problem solving and decision-making through group interactivity
  •  Learn how to cultivate fresh and meaningful workplace relationships with colleagues
  • Develop tools and awareness that will support participants in maximizing both personal and professional goals and results
  • Exercises:
    • Spinning Into Control: an exercise focused on self-reflection
    • Real Life Scenarios: open discussion on specific situations relevant to participants

Cost per participant is $329.00
