The Leadership Secrets of Santa Claus is a fun and engaging leadership development workshop for all levels of supervisors and managers! This workshop is based on the book of the same name.

  • Share the Milk & Cookies – by delegating to others and helping them see the difference that they make 
  • Find Out Who’s Naughty and Nice – confront performance problems and challenge stars
  • Be Good for Goodness Sake! – Set the example, establish guidelines, and hold others accountable

The Leadership Secrets of Santa Claus Worshop Instructor

Cindy is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in banking; having successfully served in a variety of positions within the retail, lending, and credit areas as well as an officer in the areas of human resources, training, and employee development. Since 1992, Rowan has served as President of her own consulting firm, Performance Management Solutions and serves as the Academic Program Director to the Financial Leaders Institute. During her consulting career, she has helped a variety of financial service institutions improve their profitability by designing and implementing training initiatives in the areas of leadership, management, and service excellence, creation of coaching cultures to support continued learning, and performance management strategies to foster employee growth and engagement.
