- Define diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
- Explore past, present, and future cultural beliefs and behaviors, and real-life scenarios to help participants become more effective and empathetic co-workers, thought leaders and community members
- Promote critical thinking, resourcefulness, problem solving and decision-making through group interactivity
- Learn how to cultivate fresh and meaningful workplace relationships with colleagues
- Develop tools and awareness that will support participants in maximizing both personal and professional goals and results
- Exercises:
- Spinning Into Control: an exercise focused on self-reflection
- Real Life Scenarios: open discussion on specific situations relevant to participants
