EMPLOYMENT TRILOGY SERIES
The Employment Trilogy Series Program is designed for managers responsible for interviewing and hiring their direct reports. This full three-day (2 hour) series will be offered on ZOOM and on the following dates:
October 1, 8 and 22, 2024 9AM-11AM EST
Session 1: Effective Behavioral Interviewing Skills
Hiring managers are as essential as recruiters in the recruitment process – if not more! It’s crucial they know how to effectively interview to determine if a candidate is a great fit for the team and organization. This program will help hiring managers become a more effective and impartial leader so they can hire the best candidate for the job.
Session 2: Onboarding.
The process of onboarding can be one of the most critical factors in ensuring recently hired talents will be productive and contented workers in the culture. Onboarding is more than just filing HR paperwork, after all! In fact, research shows that onboarding is one of the most important parts of an employee’s experience. When done right, it not only sets new employees up for success but also promises many benefits for the organization. By the end of the session, managers will know how to implement a successful onboarding experience.
Session 3: Establishing Expectations for Success
The first 30 days of the new employee are crucial to their success. When the manager’s expectations are clearly communicated, direct reports feel confident in their abilities can take ownership of their tasks. Clear, specific expectations prevent misunderstanding and boost overall productivity and engagement. By the end of the session, managers will learn how to create effective employee expectations, how to clearly communicate expectations, ask questions to check for understanding, and offer feedback; all geared to ensure the success of your new employee!
The Employment Trilogy Series will provide participants with the valuable resource materials and create action plans to implement to your work!
Investment: $599 per participant for the entire program
